Rental Rates

Driving License & Age Limits
	The hirer and drivers must be between 23 and 60 years of age, possess a driving license recognised and valid in Malaysia and Singapore, with at least two years driving experience.
Rental Rates
	Rates (subject to 5% Government Service Tax) quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM), covering a full 24-hour unlimited mileage rental and are inclusive of maintenance and insurance except fuel. Each hour or part thereof in excess, is charged at one fifth (1/5) of the daily rate. Rates quoted are subject to change without prior notice.
Insurance
	Rates include unlimited liability insurance coverage against third party death or bodily injury and up to RM3,000,000 insurance coverage against damage to third party property. Rates also include unlimited passenger risk.
Collection / Delivery Service (Office Hours Only)
	No vehicle collection/delivery charge will be levied within 5 km of ORIX Car Rentals' office. A RM30 per trip charge will apply for other areas within the city. Collection and delivery service is extended to corporate hirers only.
Terms Of Payment
	Personal Hire > only payment by major credit cards (American Express, Diners Club, JCB, VISA and Mastercard) will be accepted. Corporate Hire > subject to ORIX's acceptance. A company cheque covering the estimated rental charge is required prior to delivery of vehicle. In addition, a deposit of RM500 is required.
Repairs
	Cost of necessary repairs enroute will be refunded upon presentation of damaged parts and supplier's receipt. However, prior approval of ORIX must be obtained for any repairs exceeding RM100.
Extension of Rental
	Extension of rental must be arranged in advance so that the insurance coverage can be extended. Failure to do so will mean that the vehicle is being driven without insurance coverage.
Parking/Traffic Fees & Fines
	The hirer will be liable for all parking and traffic fees and fines incurred.
Fuel
	Every ORIX Car Rentals vehicle comes with a full tank of fuel and should be refilled by the hirer upon its return at the hirers expense. All our vehicles run on premium grade fuel.
Personal Accident Insurance (PAl)
	Upon request, PAl is available at RM5 per day for coverage up to RM60,000 for the driver and up to RM10,000 for each passengers (maximum of 4 or 6 in the case of 7-seater vehicle). PAI also covers medical expenses of up to RM1,000 for the driver and up to RM500 for each passengers (maximum of 4 or 6 in the case of 7-seater vehicle). Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
	Vehicle insurance carries an Excess of the first RM1,500 (Group A), RM2,000 (Group B-k) and RM2,500 (Group L-R) for each and every accident involving damage to the rented vehicle and which will be borne by the hirer. However, this may be partially or completely waived by optional purchase of CDW as follows: Missing items or accessories and deep scratches or dents (which are not caused by accident) are not protected by vehicle insurance or CDW and CDW will only be effected subject to availability of a police report.
