ORIX Fleet
Management Sdn. Bhd. (OFM) is a wholly owned subsidiary of ORIX Car Rentals Sdn.
Bhd. (OCR), a company specializing in car rental services, which in turn is a
related company of ORIX Leasing Malaysia Berhad, the largest independent leasing
company in Malaysia. OFM specializes in the provision of fleet administration
services. The fleet administration service is extended to fleet owners to enable
them to enjoy administration convenience and to a certain extent, vehicle
maintenance cost control.
It encompasses the following services conducted on behalf of the fleet
owners:-

OFM
will liaise
with its authorized service centers and participating service dealers
(nationwide) on all general maintenance;

OFM
will keep
records on all maintenance cost and history;

OFM
will make
payment to all its authorized service centers and participating service
dealers (nationwide) for maintenance costs incurred;

OFM
will assist
to arrange for all road tax renewal;

OFM
will assist
to arrange for all insurance renewal, if the insurance is taken up through
its related company, ORIX Insurance Agencies Sdn. Bhd.;

OFM
will assist
in monitoring any own damage accident repairs and claims, where the repairs are
conducted by its appointed repairers.
Besides
the above, fleet owners will also enjoy the following benefits:-

a
special discount structure on labour and parts offered by OFM's authorized
service centers and participating service dealers (nationwide);

a
special discount of up to 40% off the published self drive rate on the rental of
vehicles from OFM's holding company, ORIX Car Rentals Sdn. Bhd.;

access
to OFM's breakdown rescue services provided by its service provider's call
center.
For the
above services and benefits, fleet owners only need to pay a nominal monthly
Fleet Management Fee for each vehicle under the administration of OFM. For
